The Biolinks Alliance was formed in 2010 by community conservation groups in Central Victoria to halt environmental and species decline by restoring landscapes at scale.

Hunter GER is actively working to conserve the unique values of the Hunter Valley region by improving the resilience of ecosystems and habitat in the face of climate change and changing land-use.

The Illawarra to Shoalhaven Connectivity Forum was established to ensure the long-term survival of the region’s biodiversity in the face of climate change by protecting and enhancing habitat connections from the Royal National Park to Batemans Bay.

The Jaliigirr (the Gumbaynggirr word for a tree) Biodiversity Alliance is a voluntary partnership of 20 natural resource management groups working to rebuild important connections and maintain the diversity of the landscapes between the Dorrigo Plateau and the coastal plains of the mid-north coast of NSW.

Since 2012, the Kanangra-Boyd to Wyangala (K2W) partnership has been working with landholders, local communities and organisations to protect the wildlife and natural resources of the Abercrombie Catchment.

Since 2006, the Kosciusko to Coast (K2C) partnership has been committed to building the resilience, extent and connectedness of natural vegetation and halting the further decline and loss of species across the region.

Lockyer Uplands Catchments Inc (LUCI), is a not-for-profit community organisation working to improve habitat connectivity across public and private land in the local landscape, whilst contributing to greater connectivity at the regional scale.

To support the protection and conservation of migratory winged species and boost collaboration between large landscape initiatives in Tasmania and the mainland, GER partners with the North East Bioregional Network.

The Slopes to Summit (S2S) partnership was established by the Great Eastern Ranges Initiative in 2007 to restore, reconnect and protect the ranges in NSW, from the south west slopes to the summit of Kosciuszko National Park.

The Southern Highlands Link partnership was formed to enhance regional corridors and promote the long-term viability of ecosystems and native species. We do this by fostering partnerships and highlighting the importance of connectivity conservation across the region.
