Greater Sydney Landcare is a membership-based community organisation that aims to support individuals, groups and organisations who are working to protect, restore and improve the natural environment of Greater Sydney.

Greater Sydney Landcare, which aims to be the regional umbrella organisation for Landcare, Bushcare and other care groups in the region, is involved in delivering a range of initiatives.

One of these is leading on-ground activities in the Wollondilly Shire as part of GER’s project with Amazon Web Services to restore catchment and community resilience.

Through the project, Greater Sydney Landcare is engaging landholders, communities and local government in Wollondilly to improve water yield and quality, boost biodiversity, and enhance the resilience of local communities to climate change.
