In 2024, the Great Eastern Ranges and partner Kanangra-Boyd to Wyangala co-hosted DARWIN200 Leader and ocean-climate advocate, Brigitta Gunawan.

While here, Brigitta took a field trip to the K2W Link in Wiradjuri and Gundungurra Country to study the work that is being done to help protect and reconnect habitats for the endangered southern greater gliders and other native wildlife as part of GER’s Glideways program. In the first episode of Bridging the Gaps, one of three project videos that Brigitta and videographer Josh Clarke produced, discover some of the many conservation activities that K2W and their community are undertaking in this crucial link in the Great Eastern Ranges.
